  As the newest cart in the Carico Systems’ line, the Fold RackNRoll is 58” x 30” x 79” and can be Folded and Nested and still remain in an upright position! It is sold with one shelf which is hinged and completely collapses within the cart. The shelf has a 600 lb. capacity and the cart can hold up to 2,800 lbs. The Fold RackNRoll collapses into an “L” position for quick nesting and storage and is sold with 6”x2” Polyurethane Casters, two rigid and two swivel.

RC-4 Wire Roll Cart

 The RC-4 Wire Roll Cart is 48” X 31½” X 58” with a 2,000 lb. capacity. It is manufactured for many purposes; shipping, display, manufacturing and movement from plant to plant or in-house. This cart is the most versatile and popular of all Carico carts. It is designed for rugged use and will provide years of dependable service with its strong design. The unit is also available as an Open Front/Back or 4-sided unit. Shelves are optional at 225 lbs. capacity. The RC-4 Roll Cart comes standard with Nickel-Chrome Plating and 5” x 2” Phenolic Casters.

RC-11 Wire Roll Cart

 The RC-11 Roll Cart is 48” x 24” x 70” high with a 1,800 lb. capacity and was manufactured for display, picking operations, narrow aisle applications and in-process needs. The RC-11 is also available as a Four Sided with a Hinged Top. The optional shelves can be easily adjusted or removed and can be placed at every crosswire. The casters are 5”x2” Polyurethane, two rigid and two swivel.

RC-2 Wire Roll Cart

 The RC-2 Roll Cart is 63” x 28½” x 72” high with a 2,220 lb. capacity and was designed for the purpose of moving product from point to point inside the plant, and for moving product from the distribution warehouses to dealers around the country. It is also excellent for product storage during the manufacturing process. Options available on the RC-2 are a ½ Drop Gate Front Cart, Open Front Cart or Open Front/Open Back Unit. The optional shelves can be easily adjusted or removed and can be placed at every crosswire.

 The 15739 is 33¾” x 24” x 26¼” high with an 800 lb. capacity and is perfect for merchandising, picking operations and movement and storage within the plant. This container will stack 20 high when collapsed and 4 high with product. The 15739 features reinforced formed wire feet, a half-drop front gate, and electro-zinc plated finish and can be purchased with or without 4”x2” Phenolic casters, two rigid and two swivel.

16103 Pallet Surround

 The 16103 Pallet Surround was manufactured to offer the flexibility of transforming any 40” x 48” open pallet into a four-walled bulk container that is fully stackable. It features a half-drop front gate, electro-zinc plated finish, heavy-duty hinges, automatic latches and steel locking clips to hold pallet surround onto the pallet. It measures 48 x 40 x 34” high and can be stacked up to four high with product. The side mesh is 2½” x 4½” and the Pallet Surround collapses to a 4” height.

 The 15403 Wire Container is 48” x 40 x 38” high and has all the most desired features needed in a container today. This unit is nestable with other manufacturers’ containers. Utilization of all solid hinges enables the unit to keep its shape. The finish is Electro-Zinc Plating to prevent corrosion and prolong usage. The RC-148 Roll Cart has 1,800 lbs. capacity, 2” x 4” Side Mesh, 1¼” x 4” Base Mesh and Nickel-Chrome Plated Finish to prevent corrosion/prolong appearance. This cart is sold with three adjustable shelves.  The RC-8 Security Cart is 48” X 24” X 70” with a double-door front. It features the patented EZ Latch N Lock System, 2¼” x 2¼” Side Mesh, and 1” x 4” Base Mesh. This cart is made like all Carico Carts around a heavy-duty base with the casters inset and bolted to welded plates for durability and endurance. The casters are 5” x 2” phenolic for ease of movement. The RC-8 Security Cart is quickly and easily lockable and secure and comes standard with nickel-chrome plated finish.
