Life Cycle Costing: What Does it Really Cost?

In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming harder and harder to determine the best value for your money with so many choices available. This webcast is designed to present a method to public procurement that will ensure that the most responsible choices are being made. With the assistance of Dr. Buchko, we hope to explain in the most basic terms the methodology behind Life Cycle Costing (LCC). Dr. Buchko is a professor at Bradley University, as well as a strong proponent of the process involved in establishing the total overall cost when making purchasing decisions. His knowledge and background enable him to provide great insight at the simplest level on how to apply LCC to your procurement decisions.
This webcast is open to anyone who is interested in understanding total cost purchasing. We strongly recommend in particular those individuals who are involved in a procurement position or who may have influence on the purchasing decisions made by a governmental agency.
