Model WL-40 air-operated wheel lift system brings the service bay to the vehicle to keep downtime to a minimum. Uses 150 p.s.i. of air to raise front or rear end of fire equipment, motor coaches, trucks, and Class 8 over-the-road vehicles with wheel dias. between 14 and 24.5 ins. up to 30 ins. off the ground. One control valve operates both lift units simultaneously. Cradles tires instead of jacking and blocking. Spring-loaded casters allow wheel-lift base to rest on surface and prevent any movement after lift. Also doubles as a vehicle support stand. One pair boasts 40,000-lb. capacity. Biometric Recognition System Handles Variety of Credentials
Schlage Recognition Systems’ FingerKey DX-2400 integrates standard 1K. and 4K. programmable contactless MIFARE smart cards into its family of biometric access control readers. Portable cards store both user’s ID number and fingerprint template. User enters a PIN code or presents the card, which calls up a template to scan or pulls the template from the card. User places finger on the FingerKey reader for verification of the template. Process takes less than 2 secs. System includes keypad and LCD display. Offers optional expanded memory and Ethernet capabilities. Integrates to existing access control applications. Additional biometric readers include FingerKey DX-2000 that uses keypad or external reader for template verification; FingerKey DX-2100 with integrated HID proximity reader; and FingerKey DX-2200 that uses HID iCLASS smart card.
