(Palmer) to be the developer/owner of the agency's new Denver headquarters. Nashville-based Palmer emerged as the top bidder among a short list of five developers vying for the $100 million project. Full Story Construction, computer software top Ramsey County's shopping list By Michael Keating Five of the top 10 spending categories in the "Top Ramsey County, Minnesota, Commodities in 2006" list are construction-related, including highway road construction, general construction and design/build of public buildings. The top two spending categories -- highway road construction and design/build of public buildings -- accounted for nearly $37 million in county spending in 2006.
