OneCommunity will provide Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Internet and wireless services in various county buildings. The company also will oversee the county-owned private network, as well as necessary security and hardware upgrades. Grant purchased several hundred acres of Missouri land from his in-laws in the late 1800s, he had their former home, known as White Haven, painted green. Today, the Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site near St. Louis is adding another touch of green to the park where that home still stands.
